Ronald Hickland Jr. says his Creating the Difference is a 'new type of coaching experience'

Ronald Hickland Jr. spent almost 14 years at Ebonite working as a ball designer before he was laid off in February 2015. At the time, he posted this on Facebook: “I am grateful to have been able to realize my dream as a bowling ball designer with Ebonite International, designing for Ebonite, Track, Hammer and Columbia 300.
