Proposal B3 that goes before delegates at the United States Bowling Congress Convention on Friday would lift the national dues cap from $10 to $15. (Total dues certified bowlers pay also typically include money for local associations.) But the packets delegates get when they register for the convention includes a letter pledging that USBC will not use the full $5 through at least 2022-23.
