More than a decade after the American Bowling Congress and Women’s International Bowling Congress merged to form the United States Bowling Congress, state and local associations that have not merged finally will be forced to merge. After years of saying no, USBC Convention delegates on Friday finally said yes to proposals that will force state and local associations to merge by Aug. 1, 2018.
