Fresh off a record four straight wins on the PBA50 Tour, Pete Weber this week returns to the USBC Open Championships for the first time since 1980, when he was just a teenager and rookie on the PBA Tour. How is he eligible? The rules for the 2016 Open Championships state that anyone who won a PBA national title during the 2014 or 2015 PBA Tour seasons is ineligible (Weber hasn’t won a Tour title since the 2013 PBA Tournament of Champions) and anyone in the top 25 money leaders for 2015...
