If you want to know why the PWBA Tour is about to wrap up a second successful season since USBC and BPAA resurrected it last year, you need only look to the format and schedule. While the old PWBA Tour had perhaps two to three dozen full-time competitors when it ended its run in 2003, the new PWBA has at least twice as many who compete regularly.
