An historic win by Pete Weber in the 2016 United States Bowling Congress Senior Masters at Sam's Town in Las Vegas likely will be remembered as much for how it was lost by Paul McCordic in heartbreaking fashion. McCordic, the brother of PBA Tour champion Pete McCordic and one of the nicest guys you could ever meet, won two matches to earn the right to face Weber for the title and had to beat the top seed twice to win the double-elimination format event.
