Pete Weber recovered from a tough Chameleon Championship qualifying round with a huge round to lead Wednesday’s PBA50 Scorpion Championship qualifying, while non-member Ron Nelson Jr. soared into the lead in the PBA50 Treasure Island Resort & Casino World Championship presented by Storm, PBA reported.
