In what should go down as one of the more remarkable performances in bowling history, Shannon Pluhowsky on Saturday completed a rise from barely making match play to top seed for Sunday’s TV finals of the U.S. Women’s Open at Stardust Bowl in the Chicago suburb of Addison.
