Graham Fach became the first Canadian to win a PBA Tour title when he won the PBA Players Championship in February, but Francois Lavoie is just one game away from joining him. Lavoie, who lives in Wichita, Kansas, after graduating from Wichita State, is a rookie on the PBA Tour, but didn’t bowl like one on Monday as he earned the top seed for the stepladder finals of the PBA Wolf Open as the PBA Fall Swing got underway at Thunderbowl Lanes in the Detroit suburb of Allen Park.
