The 11th Frame: Madison area high school bowling kicks off season

The Wisconsin District 4 High School Bowling season kicked off Monday at Ten Pin Alley in Fitchburg. Eleven boys teams and five girls teams are competing this year, meaning there are byes for both groups each week. Last season, there were 11 and six teams, and the season before, there were 12 and six. The competition features nine games of Baker format each week.
