Sean Yonan Memorial weekend in Sheboygan awards $17,500 in scholarship funding

The Sean Yonan Memorial Scratch Scholarship Tournament, established in honor of youth bowler Sean Yonan who died in 1995 from a severe asthma attack, awarded $17,500 in scholarships over the weekend, the Yonan family reported.
That brings the event’s 12-year total to more than $215,000 in scholarships awarded.
The tournaments set a record with 222 youth bowlers participating, and 86 cashing.
