Jay Heinzelman romped through the stepladder to win Saturday’s fifth annual Riggs Classic at Schwoegler’s Entertainment Center. Heinzelman earned $400 for first after beating top seed Chris Hill 210-199 in the title match. Hill won $300 for second.
