Sixteen men and sixteen women survived Tuesday’s opening day of the 2017 Intercollegiate Singles Championships at the Raising Cane’s River Center in Baton Rouge Louisiana, the United States Bowling Congress reported in this news release. Among the eight men and eight women who were eliminated was defending men’s ISC winner Daniel Hanson of Robert Morris, who finished last in qualifying and lost his opening 3-game match to Nicco Vicari of Calumet 603-588.
