Similar to future Hall of Famer Kelly Kulick, Latvia’s Diana Zavjalova bowled well on the PWBA Tour but did not make a TV show in 2016. Zavjalova, who won the 2015 PWBA Minnesota Open, made match play 11 times last year, tied for second on the PWBA Tour, but couldn’t crack the TV finals. The powerful right-hander started 2017 in similar fashion, missing the stepladder finals by one spot in the season-opening QubicaAMF Sonoma County Open. But she broke through the following week...
