Despite struggling in his final two games of qualifying, Brian LeClair leads the Suncoast PBA Senior U.S. Open presented by Storm as it heads into match play on Thursday. LeClair, a 52-year-old right-hander who is the only player with two titles on the PBA50 Tour this season, started strong in Wednesday’s third round of qualifying at the Suncoast in Las Vegas with games of 239, 226, 203, 258, but then struggled as he closed with 186 and 169.
