Marc McDowell moves into third at Petersen Classic with 1,642, Lauren Sammel second for women with 1,511

Adam Barta’s 1,691 is as much of a lock to win the Petersen Classic as any score probably can be in any tournament. But there’s been plenty of movement in the competition for second in recent days as the Petersen heads to the finish.
