Jeromey Hodson becomes first youth bowler to win Madison Area Scratch Tour tournament with victory at Prairie Lanes

  In three decades and hundreds of tournaments, no youth bowler had ever won a Madison Area Scratch Tour title (though youth bowlers haven’t been eligible to compete for all of those years). That changed Saturday at Prairie Lanes, as lanky lefty Jeromey Hodsdon survived an ugly title match to beat 7-time champion Jay Heinzelman 168-154 in the title match.
