Brady Stearns won the fifth annual 2-pattern La Crosse Open presented by Brunswick on Saturday at Pla Mor Lanes in La Crosse. The format is qualifying of six games across 12 lanes on alternating pairs of modified house pattern and challenge pattern in two shifts. The top 24 advance to 2-game eliminator rounds until four players remain, with pins carrying over each round. Those four then compete in a stepladder finals.
