Reno-Tahoe airport set for $500 million upgrade that could impact 2023 USBC Open Championships competitors

The board that oversees Reno-Tahoe International Airport has approved a $500 million upgrade that includes two new concourse, lobby expansion and road work, as well as a new consolidated rental car facility and ground transportation center, the Reno Gazette-Journal reported in this story.
The bad news reported by the paper is that passengers flying to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport should expect “major disruptions” due to the work.
