Kris Prather held his lead heading into Saturday’s final round of match play at the 2-pattern PBA Lubbock Sports Open — just barely. Prather came in with an 84-pin lead over Dick Allen, and went 4-4 in Friday’s first round of match play, ending with a 6,607 total. Kyle Troup went 6-2 and ended just seven pins back at 6,600, while Michael Tang went 7-0-1 and is just 12 pins back at 6,595.
