Here is a story updating Jacobs' plans for the former Sands, now called J Resort, and the Neon Line District.
Update Oct. 10, 2022:
Jacobs Entertainment, the owner of the Sands-Regency hotel and casino and developer of the Reno Neon Line District, has bought three hotels in the area, the Reno Gazette-Journal reported in this story.
